NEW MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

This notice only affects you if you are UNDER the age of 18.

From 1st September 2011 only those users with a SIGNED Under 18 parental consent form were permitted use of the skatepark.

We have until now been contacting the parents of the user by phone to confirm that they are happy for you to use the facility, on the condition that you bring the signed for back with you on your next visit. Unfortuantely this is proving to be an impossible task, especially on the busy weekends, and it causes massive delays in admitting users.

From 7th October 2011 only those users with a SIGNED CONSENT FORM will be allowed access to the skatepark.

Use of the skatepark will also only be permitted if the user brings or hires a safety helmet.

You need to fill out the top section and ask a parent or guardian to sign the BOTTOM of the form for you.

If you do not bring a signed form with you on the day of your visit then we unfortuantely will not be able to let you in!
